December  "Gifts" Issue
At left is our 46th issue – our December 2015 Holiday "Gifts" issue.

We're posting this early to give you plenty of time to read our oversized December issue.

Clicking on the cover image above will take you to the tenth and last issue for 2015 along with ALL earlier issues, which can be accessed FREE using the tabs above. You'll notice our December issue features the remarkable Bonnie Rideout on the cover. She adds to the long list of great Celtic musical talents who have joined our ranks, including singer Kristyn Murphy who also graces our December pages; speaking of which, we have an interview coming in the February issue with a Celtic band out of Spain called The Barataria Project. We've just posted two of their tunes under our free music tab for your listening pleasure.

PLEASE consider making use of the DONATE button seen to the upper left of this page to keep this lively publication coming your way. We have networked around the world in an amazing way. Just look at this list – USA, Canada, Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, South Africa, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Poland, Romania and Austria. It's crazy man! Your donation can make the difference in how long we can fight this good fight. Any amount will help.

Our every-other-month publishing schedule has really taken the pressure off our many volunteers. When you finally get a peek at the December issue, read page 45 and you'll see just what I mean about how many people have helped out - and I'm not even sure I've mentioned them all.

Next year we will publish in February, April, June, August, October and December. Our themes are posted in the current issue and on this site. Deadlines are the tenth of the month preceding the month of publication - for example November 10th for the December issue.

Of course, there is always the Facebook page with lots of postings there, too.
We finally made it over 17,000 Facebook 'likes' and would have many more had not Facebook tightened up restrictions on likes!

We began our fourth year with 62,381 website hits on the counter on this page and we jumped to 74,476 hits as of this December upload. We base this on the counter located on this page, however, based on weebly.com stats, we actually get many other hits that don't register here but take searchers to other parts of this website, especially directly to our latest issue. These have numbered as many as 210,000 hits since we started, or about 5,000 hits per issue since we first began this adventure nearly four years ago. It's exciting to learn that many of these hits come right after the new issue is posted, meaning people are anxious to read the next issue.

All of our issues celebrate Celtic heritage, and all are available free using the tabs above, as well as the music you can also stream for free. We certainly hope you enjoy our completely volunteer efforts! We're still here, dedicated to Celtic storytelling. It's a long way from December to February and I'm sure everyone will be hunkering down and working harder just to pull out of their driveways, except maybe you folks down under.

Anyway, with any luck, we'll be back with another exciting issue in February with the theme of "Seasons and Cycles" – reoccurring themes in Celtic lore. It should be another great one. I know February is a long way off but there is much to do with all the various holidays coming up. Meanwhile, enjoy the December issue, defeat old man winter, stay warm and safe, and hang tight to your love of the Celtic.

Remember, December!
